તમારી પાસે નીચેની વિગત હોવી જરૂરી છે.
You need to have the following details.
1. તમારું UPI આઈડી,
1. Your UPI id,
2. જેના ખાતામાં પૈસા જમાં થયા છે તેનું UPI આઈડી,
2. UPI ID of the account in which money has been deposited means Reciver UPI id,
3. ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન આઈડી,
3. Transcation id,
4. પૈસા જમાં કરાવ્યાની તારીખ,
4. Date of deposit or Transcation,
5. કેટલા પૈસા જમાં કરાવ્યા?
5. 5. How much money was deposited? or Transcation Amount,
6. સફળતાપૂર્વક પૈસા જમા થયાનો સ્ક્રીન શોટ,
6. Screen shot of successful deposit or Transcation,
પૈસા જમાં પરત મેળવવા માટે ઉપર જણાવેલી 1 થી 6 વિગત સાથે નીચે જણાવ્યા મુજબ નિયત સમય મર્યાદામાં ફરિયાદ કરો -
In order to get refund in full, complain with details 1 to 6 mentioned above within the stipulated time limit as mentioned below -
1. ત્રીસ મિનિટમાં જ તમારી બેંકને જાણ કરો.
1. Inform your bank within thirty minutes.
2. ત્રીસ મિનિટમાં જે તે એપના કસ્ટમર કેર સેન્ટર પર ફોન કરીને, ચેટ કરીને, મેઈલ કરીને જાણ કરો.
2. Inform the customer care center of that app by calling, chatting, mail within thirty minutes.
3. અડતાલીસ કલાકમાં જ જેના ખાતામાં પૈસા જમા થયા છે તેની બેંકને જાણ કરો.
3. Inform the bank in whose account the money has been deposited within forty-eight hours.
4. npci.com પર જાણ કરો.
4. Report to npci.com.
5. cms.rbi.org.in પર જાણ કરો.
5. Report at cms.rbi.org.in.
