બિન અનામત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્નાતક કક્ષાના મેડીકલ, ડેન્ટલ, ટેકનીકલ, પેરા મેડીકલમાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં અને પોતાના પરિવારથી દુર પોતાના તાલુકામાં શૈક્ષણિક વ્યવસ્થા ન હોય અને તાલુકા બહાર રહી અભ્યાસ કરતા હોય તેવા સરકારી/ અનુદાનિત સિવાયના છાત્રાલયમાં રહી અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જે કોઇપણ સમાજ /ટ્રસ્ટ /સંસ્થા દ્વારા સંચાલીત છાત્રાલયમાં રહીને અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીને ભણવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહન મળે તે હેતુ થી Hostel / Chhatralay Bhojan Bill Sahay Yojana શરૂ કરવા માં આવેલી છે.

Non-reserved category students studying in graduate level medical, dental, technical, para medical and students who do not have educational system in their own taluk away from their family and studying in government/ non-aided hostels who are studying outside the taluk which any society / trust / Hostel / Chhatralay Bhojan Bill Sahay Yojana has been started with the aim of encouraging the students studying in hostels managed by the organization.

બિન અનામત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્નાતક કક્ષાના મેડીકલ, ડેન્ટલ, ટેકનીકલ, પેરા મેડીકલમાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં અને પોતાના પરિવારથી દુર પોતાના તાલુકામાં શૈક્ષણિક વ્યવસ્થા ન હોય અને તાલુકા બહાર રહી અભ્યાસ કરતા હોય તેવા સરકારી/ અનુદાનિત સિવાયના છાત્રાલયમાં રહી અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ૧૦ માસ માટે માસિક રૂા.૧૫૦૦/- લેખે ભોજનબીલ સહાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
Rs.1500 per month for 10 months for non-reserved category students studying in graduate level medical, dental, technical, para-medical and studying in government/non-aided hostels who do not have educational system in their own taluk away from their family and study outside the taluk food bill Sahay will be available.
કોઇપણ સમાજ /ટ્રસ્ટ /સંસ્થા દ્વારા સંચાલીત કન્યા છાત્રાલયોમાં રહીને ધો. ૯થી૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતી કન્યાઓને પણ ઉપર મુજબની ફુડબીલ સહાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
Staying in girls' hostels run by any society/trust/organization. Girls studying in 9th to 12th will also be eligible for the above mentioned football assistance.
આવક મર્યાદા: કુટુંબની વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા રૂા.૪.૫૦ લાખ કે તેથી ઓછી રહેશે.
Income Limit: Annual family income limit will be Rs.4.50 lakh or less.

4. ઉંમરનો પુરાવો (L.C અથવા જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર)
5. રહેઠાણનો પુરાવો
6. હોસ્ટેલમાં માસિક ભોજનનું બિલનો પુરાવો
7. શાળા અથવા કોલેજના વિદ્યાર્થીના સતત અભ્યાસનું બોનોફાઇડ પ્રમાણપત્ર
8. ધોરણ-12 અથવા અભ્યાસની છેલ્લા વર્ષની માર્કશીટ
9. છાત્રાલય સામાજિક ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા ચલાવવામાં આવે છે તેનો પુરાવો
10. વિદ્યાર્થીની બેંક પાસબુકની નકલ
Documents Required for Hostel Meal Bill Assistance Scheme ::
1. Copy of Aadhaar Card
2. Unreserved Class Certificate
3. Income certificate
4. Proof of Age (L.C or Birth Certificate)
5. Proof of residence
6. Proof of monthly meal bill in hostel
7. Bonafide certificate of continuous studies of school or college student
8. Mark sheet of class-12 or last year of studies
9. Proof that the hostel is run by a social trust
10. Copy of student's bank passbook
